3.4 Information chosen by the scholarship applicant will be shared and disclosed through the Company's systems, applications, tools, questionnaires, assessments, and documents.
3.5 Copy of documents that can be used to identify the applicant for the scholarship, such as the academic year of the scholarship application. ID card, residence registration, student ID card, bank account page.
3.6 Information collected from company activities, such as participation in activities. survey response, assessment response
3.7 Other personal information for lawful purposes or information disclosed to public with the express consent of the scholarship applicant to achieve the relevant objectives.
4. Storage Period of Information
4.1 The Company will keep personal data for the period necessary to achieve the specified objectives by considering the necessity of each type of data practice and after the expiration of such period. The Company will further destroy or delete personal data by appropriate means as determined by the Company.
4.2 The Company will retain the personal information of scholarship applicants for the duration of the scholarship application until graduation and for two years after the graduation to achieve the scholarship applicants’ privacy objectives.
4.3 The Company will provide an audit system for deletion or destruction of data after the expiration of the retention period, or which is unrelated to or beyond the necessity to collect that data.
