Training Course review for the Risks Assessment of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption in 2019
The Chairman of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Committee sets up The Training course for "The Risk Assessment of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption" for the year 2019. The Committee has organized 1 training course at Head Office and 1 course at the factory in Rayong. The training course is to review the regulation that have been revised, so that the staff at all levels have the correct understanding.

Joint to make merit from New Year gift baskets
During the New Year Festival on 2019, the company has set up the regulation for receiving New Year gifts, which is traditionally held to share happiness & blessing in this festival. The company expects to receive gift baskets worth no more than 1,500.00 baht only and to donate all gift baskets to the Jid Aroon Association to be a public charity in everyway.

Aeroflex received honorary as certificate CAC member
On Tuesday November 21, 2017, Mr. Chumnan Vitoorapakorn, Managing Director of Aeroflex Co., Ltd., was invited to receive the honorary certificate ratifying Aeroflex Co., Ltd. as a member of Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption at Napalai Ballroom Dusit Thani Hotel Bangkok.

Public relation for the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy
On May 24th 2017, the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Committee organized public relation for the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy to the government agencies in the area of Aeroflex Co., Ltd. (Rayong) for the acknowledgement and awareness of the policy at Makhamku Municipality, Nikompattana District, Rayong.

Organized The Training courses
The Chairman of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Committee sets up The Training course for "Business code of Conduct & Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policies". The Committee has organized 3 training courses at the Head Office and 5 courses at the factory in Rayong. The training objective is to have the staff at all levels understand the purpose of participation in the “Collective Action Coalition against corruption” ( CAC ) and to understand the Company's Code of Conduct, including anti-bribery and corruption policies.

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Talk
The secretary of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Committee organized Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Talk activity for all levels of employees. The target is to publicize and communicate the news on the progress of anti-bribery and corruption in the company.

The CEO announced the policy on Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
On March 31st, 2017 Dr. Pawat Vitoorapakorn, CEO of Aeroflex Co., Ltd. welcomed the "Young Designers, Supervisors and Architects" who visited the company to see the production process. He also informed the delegation about the intention to join the "Collective Action Coalition against corruption".

The Jid Aroon Association was intended to help the employees who have suffered Chronic illness, including social activities as public charity. In the year 2560, Jid Arun Association organized auction on gift baskets in order to earn the revenue and to promote public charity in the future.
